Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary based on location, product availability, and carrier delays.

Kent Cartridge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.


Ammunition Purchases

All ammunition sales are final. Due to safety and regulatory considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any ammunition products.

If you believe your order is defective or if you experience any issues with your ammunition, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.


Merchandise Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise purchase (non-ammunition items), you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided it is:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact customer service at kentwv@kentcartridge.com for return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Order Cancellations & Pre-Shipping Refunds

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at kentwv@kentcartridge.com.

We are happy to provide a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • Full Order Cancellation: If your entire order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Partial Shipment Cancellation: If part of your order has already shipped and the remainder is canceled, you will receive a refund for the unshipped portion only. Shipping charges may be adjusted based on the items fulfilled.

Please note:

  • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Shipping & Returns Policy.

  • Ammunition orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun, due to regulatory handling requirements.

Refunds

Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only available for eligible non-ammunition merchandise.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items do not meet the return conditions listed above.
